- A total of 320 results have been added. New additions include (but are not limited to):
- 2 flag football results added for male high school athlete Cole "Artie" Marino. Marino plays flag football for the "girls'" team at San Diego High School.
- 15 cross country results added for male athletes Logan Aclosiba, Wyatt Hill, and "Claire" Willett. Alcosiba and Hill became the fastest runners on their schools' girls' cross country teams after switching from the boys. While on the women's Holyoke cross country roster, Willett has been participating in women's NCAA meets as an unattached runner.
- 20 cycling results added for various male athletes. New additions include "Morgan" Ekern, "Eliane" Trudeau," and Aube Detolle Ricco.
- 2 field hockey, 1 baseball, 3 soccer, and 2 softball results added for male athlete "Kiara" Attwood. Attwood has been participating in every women's sport he can in Australia. In addition to those listed, he also participates in archery.
- 37 pickleball results added for male athlete "Madeline" Eden. Eden plays on a professional pickleball team in Texas and recently took a third place medal at the US Pickleball Open in Florida.
- 7 rock climbing results added for male athletes Gavin Albright and "Zoey" Seiple. Albright was a former national champion in the boys' category, but after moving up to men's competitions in college, could not replicate his success. He then began identifying as nonbinary and has won several competitions in the women's category.
- 6 recent rowing results added for various male athletes.
- 158 track and field results added for various male athletes including sectional titles in the high jump, triple jump, and long jump for male athlete "AB" Hernanedez, a state championship title in the shot put for male athlete "Becky" Pepper-Jackson, and a state championship top 8 medal for male athlete "Bri" Deiley.
- 8 recent ultimate frisbee results added for various male athletes. Of the 36 "women's" teams who qualified for the USA Collegiate Ultimate D1 and D3 National Championships, at least 8 had men on their rosters.
- 34 volleyball results added for male athletes Sawyer Chiappano, Logan O'Brien, "Bri" Deiley, and "Jet" Waldman. Chiappano, O'Brien, and Deiley are all currently participating in USA Volleyball competitions in violation of athletic policy. Waldman recently won the provincial championship with his "girls'" club team and will compete at nationals.
May 4th
- A total of 423 results have been added. New additions include:
- 194 cycling results added for male athletes "Bre" Rue and "Mikayla" Maier. Both Rue and Maier participated in elite men's cycling events, then began participating in the women's division in the Oregon area as they aged. In 2014, Rue placed 4th at the USA Cycling Masters Criterium Nationals. In 2016, Maier won numerous races including the Vancouver Criterium Championships.
- 8 recent disc golf results added for various male athletes. Male athlete Jamison "Jami" Gust recently took 3rd in the "women's" pairs division at the 2026 College Disc Golf National Championships.
- 33 skiing results added for male athlete "Mikayla" Maier. Maier participated in "women's" biathlons and Nordic ski races in the 2010s. He represented the United States as a member of Team USA in both the 2020-2021 and 2022-2023 IBU Cups.
- 127 swimming results added for male athlete "Patricia" Burd. Burd participates in US Masters Swimming in Minnesota. He has set multiple "women's" masters swimming records and taken 38 USMS state championship titles in Minnesota.
- 2 tennis results added for male high school athlete "Lina" Haaga. Haaga was on the "girls'" varsity tennis team at Poly High School in California and was described as one of the "key singles players" this year despite being only a freshman.
- 10 recent ultimate frisbee results added for various male athletes. At least 6 "women's" collegiate ultimate teams with male athletes on the roster have qualified for the national championships to be held shortly. The two teams with multiple males on their rosters each won their respective regional championship titles.
- 49 track and field results added for various male athletes. Male athlete "Alice" Birrueta recently stole a Santa Barbara County championship title in the 800 meters, while male athletes AB Hernandez and "Lina" Haaga stole conference championship titles, Hernandez in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump, and Haaga in the 400 meters and the 4x400 relay. Haaga stole the 400 title from his own older sister.
April 26th
- A total of 164 results, 4 awards, and 18 team results have been added. New additions include:
- 81 recent track and field results added for various male athletes. Several male high school athletes have been winning medals at major girls' high school competitions including AB Hernandez, "Lilly" Serrano, "Becky" Pepper-Jackson, and "Alice" Birrueta.
- 66 past and recent ultimate frisbee results and 4 awards added for various male athletes. At least 11 males participated in the recent collegiate conference championship tournaments. Notable addition is "Claire" Lee. Lee was nominated for the Donovan Award (collegiate ultimate MVP) in 2024 and has recently signed to a professional women's team. Before switching to a women's team, Lee was on a men's B team.
- 6 volleyball results added for male athletes "Skyler" Genewick and James Poirier. Poirier's team recently won the CAF National Women's Volleyball Championship. Poirier injured an opposing female player during the tournament with a spike to her head.
- 6 recent swimming results added for male athlete "Melody" Wiseheart (Nicholas Cepeda). Wiseheart recently took part in the Ontario Masters Provincial Championships, taking 1st in three events.
- 3 skateboarding results added for male athlete "Raveena" Adams/Minor. Minor competed in ultra skate marathons alongside fellow male athlete "Calleigh" Little.
- 2 recent archery results added for male athlete "Andrea" Hulbert. Hulbert recently participated in the Minnesota high school state championships.
March 28th
- a total of 217 results, 2 awards, 11 teams, and $1,766 of prize money have been added. New additions include:
- 2 American football results added for male athlete "Hannah" Viramontes. Viramontes played on the Rocky Mountain Thunderkatz. During the 2021 season. He is currently in prison for the sexual assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment of his ex-girlfriend.
- 9 archery results added for male high school athlete "Andrea" Hulbert. Hulbert participates on the Champlin Park HS archery team. He is in his senior season.
- 4 recent darts results and $1,327 of prize money added for male competitor "Noa-Lynn" Van Leuven. Van Leuven continues to participate in the PDC women's series.
- 10 recent disc golf results added for various male athletes.
- 73 distance running results added for various male athletes. New additions to the list include "Kelsa Reign" who has placed in the top three overall "female" runners in a least 14 races in Australia and "Tiffany" Walters who has participated in 14 "women's" Spartan races.
- 10 HEMA fencing results added for male athletes "Clara" Elliott and "Camilla Fraizer" (formerly known as "Constance" Burns). Both men have won "women's" longsword events in HEMA fencing competitions.
- 51 recent and past track and field results added for various male athletes. New additions include recent results for Johnny "Sara" Curren, a male athlete who pretended to be a woman as a joke to win a collegiate race, and Kyle "Caroline" Layt, who took three medals at the 2026 Australian Masters Championships, and past results for Foekje Dillema, an athlete from the Netherlands who was discovered to have "male characterstics" after his death.
- 58 ultimate frisbee results and 2 awards added for various male athletes. New additions to the list include Chris Nelson and "Naomi" Anderson, who are both currently competing on a professional "women's" team, Avery Feingold, and Kai Aguerra, who was recently named to the Stanford Invite All-Defense Line.
March 3rd
- 4 recent track and field results added for male high school athletes "Alice" Birrueta and "Lilly" Serrano.
- 1 recent volleyball result added for male athlete "Jacque" Ronquillo.
- 6 recent ultimate frisbee results added for various male athletes.
- 4 recent disc golf results added for male athlete "Madalynn" Shepley.
- 4 recent darts results added for male competitor "Noa-Lynn" Van Leuven.
- Several touch football results were found to have been listed under both "Football (touch)" and "American football (touch)" results. These duplicates have been deleted and the totals have been adjusted. With the recent additions, there has been little change in the numbers.
February 20th
- 327 results, 10 records, 8 awards, and $3,573 of prize money have been added. Additions include the following:
- 20 historical and recent track and field results added for male athletes Ray "April" Capwill, Antonio "Alice" Biruetta, and "Lilly" Serrano. Serrano recently placed 3rd and 7th in the 55m and 300m at the MIAA Div 3 State Championships. Capwill has placed in masters national championship events in the 90s.
- 8 historical tennis results added for male athletes "Michelle" Nordberg and George Esqueda aka "Kris" Dolan. Dolan was the top "women's" player in the Northwestern Community College area in '86 and '87.
- 151 historical swimming results and 10 records added for various non "trans" identified male athletes. Additions include Kyle Depold who set a section record and placed 2nd at the NYPSHAA state championship meet in the 50yd free in 1986 and Joe LaFlamme who set multiple records at Easthampton HS in Massachusetts but was not allowed to participate at the championship meets.
- 10 gymnastics results and 1 award added for male athlete Noah Williamson. Williamson recently tied for 4th in the vault at the Individual State Championships in Massachusetts.
- 84 past golf results and 2 awards added for male athlete Kendra Little. Little is a male athlete with a DSD who was one of the best golfers in the University of Oregon's history, at one time ranked #1 in the NCAA. Little won numerous golf tournaments at the junior, high school, and collegiate level before turning pro.
- 16 past cycling results and 1 award added for male athlete Theodore "Lauren" Manzano. Manzano began cycling in 1982 for the first time and immediately became one of the top "women's" cyclists in California, qualifying for the 1996 Olympic trials.
- 13 past bowling results and $3,573 of prize money added for male athlete Joseph Sanchez aka "Caren" Park. Park played on the LPBT in the 1980s and 90s, and was at one time a hopeful for the national team.
- 11 basketball results and 4 awards added for male athletes Kendra Little and Kash Dittenber. Little took his high school team to a 4th place finish at the Oregon state championships as a freshman in the early 2000s and made the all-state team as a senior. He was being recruited for the University of Oregon basketball team along with golf, but ultimately chose to only participate in golf. Dittenber was discovered to have been participating in "stealth" on a girls' high school basketball team for the past 4 years in Colorado.
- 14 past distance running results added for male athletes Ray "April" Capwill and John "Joanna" Harper.
- "Total Athletes" list has yet to be updated. Athletes who are found in results may not yet be found on this list.
February 13th
- 863 results, 15 records, 134 awards, and 133 team results have been added. Additions include the following:
- 55 distance running results added for various male athletes. Male athlete "Lindsay" Hecox has taken 1st in several large area races in the "women's category in the past.
- 5 golf results added for male athlete Thomas Wood aka "Charlotte Wolff" and 1 record added for "Mianne" Bagger. Wolf began "identifying" as a "woman" in the '80s almost immediately after which he made it to the semi-final of the Women's Mid-Amateur Championship in 1987.
- 2 bowling results added for the Dexter High School bowling team. The Dexter "girls" team included 5 male athletes (not trans-identified) in 1975 when they won the Illinois state bowling championship.
- 400 gymnastics results, 34 awards, and 11 records added for various male athletes. Males who are not trans-identified have been allowed to compete on girls' teams since the 1970s. Over 30 top three state championship medals taken by these males have been added.
- 14 rowing results added for male athletes "Lauren" Moffatt and Ryan "Aireth" Lavigne.
- 2 softball results added for various male athletes. Non trans-identified male athletes have been allowed to join girls' softball teams. In 1985, two boys took the girls' team to the semi-finals of the state tournament.
- 4 table tennis results added for male athlete "Elaine" Walquist. Walquist has won reportedly won multiple state titles in Michigan. Most of his results are unavailable at this time.
- 1 tennis result added for non-trans-identified male athlete Andrew Brown. Brown won the "girls'" state championship doubles title in 1976.
- 89 track and field results and 3 awards added for various male athletes. Most recently, "AB" Hernandez took 1st in the triple jump at the California Winter Championships and male athlete "Lilly" Serrano won the conference championship title in the high jump in Massachusetts.
- 37 volleyball results, 19 awards, and 22 team results added for various male athletes. Many non trans-identified males have participated in "girls'" volleyball. State titles won by these males in 1976, 1977, 1979, 1983, and 2018 have been added.
- 3 hiking records added for male "Lyla" Harrod. Harrod now holds the fastest known time for three separate trails.
- 1 basketball award added for male athlete "Julie" Tetart.
- 1 soccer award added for male athlete "Lucy" Tidd.
- 164 field hockey results, 76 awards, and 111 team records added for various athletes. Many non trans-identified males have participated on "girls'" field hockey teams in several states including New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. They have won state championship titles in all three states.
January 5th
- 90 results, 16 records, 22 awards, and 29 team results have been added. Additions include the following:
- 9 American football results and 6 awards added for male athletes "River" Soldano, "Ally" Cleveland, and "Genessa" Bingham. All three men play semi-pro football in the WFA and WNFC. Both Cleveland and Soldano have been named to All-American teams, despite Cleveland being in his 60s.
- 11 volleyball results and 12 awards added for male athlete "Nicolette" Ramos. Ramos played for both the Florida State at Jacksonville and Augusta University teams, consistently leading his teams in kills and helping each to conference titles. Ramos was given an NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention and was named Panhandle Conference Player of the Year.
- 12 softball results and 2 awards added for various male athletes.
- 2 rugby results added for male athlete "Paige" Cox. After being banned by the WFA from women's tackle football, Cox immediately joined a women's rugby team in Ohio. He is currently on the 2026 squad.
- 2 badminton results added for male athlete "Nicole" Artajo. Although it appears Artajo may have played badminton against women for years, results are largely unavailable at this time.
- 16 distance running results added for male athletes Ray "April" Capwill, "Autumn" Thomson, and "Tiffany" Seaverson.
- 38 track and field results, 11 records, and 2 awards added for male athlete Ray "April" Capwill. Capwill participated in women's masters track and field during the 90s, winning at least 15 USTAF national titles despite being sick with liver cancer from which he died from in 2000. Capwill appears to still hold 2 Ontario masters provincial records in the discus and weight throw.
- 3 records added for male athlete "Chantelle Air." Air was banned from women's hockey earlier in 2025 after he was found to have been participating in violation of updated England Hockey rules. He holds the all-time club totals in points, assists, and goals despite only playing a few seasons.
- 11 additional male athletes have been added.
January 1st
- A total of 105 results, 4 awards, 7 athletes, and 5,923 USD in prize money added.
- 26 archery results added for high school male athlete "Andrea" Hulbert. Hulbert has not achieved anything of note and is in his senior season with the school team. Hulbert attends Champlin High School in Minnesota, the same school as fellow athlete "Marissa" Rothenberger.
- 3 recent Australian football results and 2 awards added for male athletes "Oliva" Odgers, "Taylah" Moore, and "Autumn" Robinson. Moore's team finished as runners-up in the grand final this year while both Odgers and Robinson competed on the Darebin Falcons together, the same team fellow male athlete "Hannah" Mouncey has participated on in the past.
- 8 bowling results and $5,900 in prize money added for male athlete "Caren" Park. Park competed in women's bowling during the 80s and 90s and was reported to have stolen at least $12,000 in prize money.
- 28 cycling results added for various male athletes.
- 1 darts result added for male competitor "Victoria" Monaghan.
- 4 recent disc golf results added for male athletes "Amanda" Branch and "Madalynn" Shepley.
- 4 skiing results added for male athletes "Kylee" Rood and "Wren" Pyle.
- 29 past track and field results and 1 award added for male athlete Jordan "Jojo" Warnow. Warnow participated on his "girls'" high school team in Kansas in 2015 and 2016, placing 2nd in the 400 at the 5A Kansas State Championship meet. He is the first named high school athlete from Kansas to be included in the results.
- 1 track and field result added for male athlete "Halba" Diouf.
- 1 volleyball result added for male athlete "Emiliana" Castrillon Jaramillo. Jaramillo recently placed 2nd with his university team at the 2025 XXXII National University Games in Colombia.
- 1 volleyball award added for male athlete "Jaque" Ronquillo. Ronquillo is in his senior season on the Centennial College "women's" volleyball team in Canada.
