June 1st
- 17 basketball results and 11,000 Euros of prize money added for male athletes Jonathan "Kendall" Martin and "Aura" Pacheco. Both Martin and Pacheco play basketball in Spain. Martin also plays professional 3x3 FIBA basketball.
- 9 cross country results added for male high schooler Antonio "Alice" Birrueta. Birrueta participated on the varsity "girls'" team this year at Santa Maria high school, stealing a spot from a female athlete.
- 2 distance running results added for male athlete "Nathanielle" Morin. Morin recently ran the BougeBouge 2025 race and the Ottawa Half Marathon.
- 28 cycling results added for male athletes Gerrit "Adriana" Postema and Zakkary "Zoey" Marks. Marks recently took a 1st place finish at the 80th Tour of Somerville event.
- 39 swimming results and 8 records added for male athletes David "Jennifer" Rines and Nicholas Cepeda aka "Melody Wiseheart." Rines recently participated in the USMS Spring National Championships and took a silver medal at the 2023 event. He has set several individual club records and mixed relay records with fellow male swimmer Hugo "Ana" Caldas, both swimming as "female" members of the relay team. Cepeda recently took 1st in three events at the Ontario Masters Provincial Championships in Canada.
- 5 softball results added for various male athletes. High schooler Charlie "Marissa" Rothenberg recently led the Champlin Park "girls'" team to a sectional championship after he pitched two shut out games, the latter against the former state champions.
- 1 netball result and 2 awards added for male athlete "Manawa" Aranui. Aranui was recently banned from his "women's" netball league, but last year, he led his team to the Premier Division Championship title as the division's leading scorer.
- 7 gymnastics awards added for various male athletes. High schooler Divier Ramos was the Merrimack Valley Conference Senior Gymnast of the Year and team MVP this year.
- 2 field hockey awards added for male athletes Ryan Crook and Nick Odabashian. Crook was named South Coast Conference MVP.
- 72 results added for various male athletes. Recent results include Logan "Veronica" Garcia's state championship 400 title and 3rd place finish in the 4x400, AB Hernandez's two 1st place finishes in the high jump and triple jump and 2nd place finish in the long jump at the CIF state championship, Zachary "Liaa" Rose's 5th place finish in the high jump at the Oregon state championships, "Becky" Pepper-Jackson's 3rd place finish at the West Virginia state championships, and Soren Stark-Chessa's 1st place finish in the 800 at the WMC conference championships.

May 23rd
- 17 pickleball results and $150 of prize money added for male athlete "Sara" Weiss. Weiss took up pickleball in his late 30s and less than three years later turned pro. He recently returned to competition, taking 1st in the mixed doubles and 2nd in the "women's" doubles at the Minnesota Majors Event #2 May 17th-18th. Weiss plays as the "female" player in mixed double events.
- $131,246 of prize money added for male athlete Richard Raskin aka "Renee Richards." Richards played women's professional tennis after retiring from the men's. Individual event earnings are not available at this time, but his career winnings in the WTA are listed.
- 15 archery results added for male athlete "Diane" Cochran. Cochran appears to have taken up archery only recently, but is now a member of the USA "women's" national team for barebow. He won the 2024 US Open in the barebow discipline.
- 1 recent disc golf result and $525 of prize money added for male athlete "Natalie" Ryan.
- 178 distance running results added for male athlete Robert Young aka "Riya Suising." Along with other major distance races, Suising has consistently participated in club competition with DSE Runners.
- 8 distance running results added for male athletes "Emma" Smith, "Sarah" Stephenson-Hunter, and Parker Feierbach. Both Smith and Stephenson-Hunter ran the London Marathon in violation of UK Athletics rules. Feierbach is a new addition to the list and has placed highly in large distance races inclulding the 2024 Berlin Marathon.
- 4 fencing results added for male athletes Redmond Sullivan, "Beatrice" Lostracco, "Fox" Graves, and "Mikela" Bonner. Sullivan took 1st at his most recent competition while Lostracco, Graves, and Bonner all competed in the "Women's+" longsword at the 2025 Spring Fetchen in Oklahoma.
- 75 track and field results added for various male athletes. New additions include high schooler David "Lilly" Beaumont who qualified for the 2025 Colorado State Championship meet and middle school student "Cara" Neubert who placed 1st in 3 of 4 events at his conference championships. Other notable results include "Becky Pepper-Jackson" who has qualified as a freshman for the West Virginia State Championship meet, "AB" Hernandez who has finished 1st in the long and triple jump at the CIF SS Finals, and Camden "Sadie" Schreiner who continues to run unattached at collegiate meets and recently finished 1st in the 200 meters at the Widener Final Qualifier in Pennsylvania.

May 13th
- 3 American football results and 1 award added for male athlete "Kara" Corcoran. Corocoran played three seasons for the Denver Bandits where he was listed on the WNFC All-Pro Second Team.
- 2 camogie results added for male athletes "Ashley" Mooney and "Ella" Ni Fhaolain.
- 2 cricket results added for male athlete Kyle "Caroline" Layt.
- 43 cycling results and $150 of prize money added for various male athletes. New additions to the list are "Sarahbeth" White who has participated in mountain biking XC races in the New England area and "Liv" Pijpers who was a UCI racer in Belgium prior to the change of rules banning men from women's races. He continues to race in "women's" amateur competitions.

- 13 lawn bowling results added for male athlete Kyle "Caroline" Layt. Layt has won several club championships at Windsor Bowling Club in Australia.
- 3 recent rowing results added for male athletes Brandon "Summer" Royer and Henry "Alice" Fischer.
- 6 rugby results and 3 awards added for male athletes Kyle "Caroline" Layt and "Ashley" Mooney. Mooney recently returned from a suspension after he disclocated a female opponent's knee, tearing her ACL and MCL. He has injured other female opponents previously including one whom he knocked unconcious.
- 4 soccer results added for male athletes on the Manchester Laces and Clapton Football teams. Both teams won their respective leauges this year with multiple male athletes on their rosters.
- 15 soccer awards added for various male athletes.
- 24 softball results and 9 awards added for male athlete Charlie "Marissa" Rothenberger. Rothenberger's mother falsified the sex on his birth certificate and he has been participating in "stealth" on "girls'" teams for several years in both club and school sports. He was awarded and All-State honor last year as a pitcher, his team only losing two games all season to the team that would go on to win the state championship tournament in Minnesota.
- 435 track and field results, 2 awards, and 500 AUD of prize money added for male athlete Kyle "Caroline" Layt. Layt has participated in "women's" track and field since at least 2004. He recently won the hammer throw at the 2025 Australian Masters National Championships.

April 26th
- 1 weightlifting result added for male athlete "Audrey" Reinert. Reinert competed in the Texas state championships back in January.
- 89 track and field results added for various male athletes. Among the recent results are 43 past results for new addition "Lily" Norcross. Norcross has recently been in the news as girls have complained about his presence in the locker room and their discomfort as he watches them change.
- 319 swimming results and 57 records added for male athlete "Hannah" aka "Ana" Caldas. Caldas has won numerous state, national, and world championship titles and currently holds a world record in a mixed relay. He participated in the 2024 World Masters Championships in violation of World Aquatics rules.
- 3 skiing results added for various male athletes.
- 7 rowing results and 5 records added for male athletes "Ana" Caldas and "Summer" Royer. Both are new additions to the list. Royer participates on the Capital Crew club team in California in the U15 category. He previously participated on the boys team as "Brandon." Caldas was the 2021 world champion in the 500m indoor and currently coholds the women's world record.
- 134 distance running results added for various male athletes. New addition "Maya" Araujo participates on the Purdue cross country and track and field club teams. He recently participated in the club national championships.
- 14 recent cycling results added for various male athletes.
- 41 CrossFit results and $23,132 of prize money added for male athlete "Ana" Caldas. Caldas has won numerous high profile competitions along with placing 8th in 2018 and 7th in 2021 at the world CrossFit Games.
- $272 of prize money added for male athlete "Tabitha" Schlupe. Schlupe competes in women's bowling.
- 2 volleyball records added for male athlete "CL" Viloria. Viloria broke both the Centennial College school and OCAA conference record for single game kills.
- 1 soccer record added for male athletes Barbra Banda and Prisca Chilufya. Both Banda and Chilufya participate on the Orlando Pride professional team, recently breaking the NSWL league record for most goals scored on opening weekend.

April 17th
- 6 recent billiards results and $3,184 of prize money added for male competitors "Lucy" Smith and "Harriet" Haynes. Smith and Haynes ended up competing against each other in the Women's Ultimate Pool Series Event 2. There were no female competitors in the women's final.
- 19 cycling results added for various male athletes.
- 3 recent slowpitch softball results added for male athlete "Tracy" Nadzieja.
- 9 recent fencing results added for various male athletes and 4 past results added for male athlete "Anne" Crocket. Crocket has served on boards for USA Fencing and as a referee. Crocket is a new addition to the list.
- 8 recent disc golf results and $947 of prize money added for various male athletes.
- 4 recent darts results and $5,003 in prize money added for male competitor "Noa-Lynn" Van Leuven. Van Leuven recently took 1st in both events 9 and 10 of the PDC women's series.
- 9 recent ultimate results added for various male athletes. New addition "Jackie" Riley is also known to be playing on a women's semi-professional ultimate team. This means there have been at least 10 males playing women's ultimate at the professional/semi-professional level.
- 47 recent track and field results added for various male athletes. Despite World Athletic's promise to institute a cheek swab to test sex in the near future, male athletes with DSDs including Beatrice Masilingi and Christina Mboma continue to compete. At least 7 boys have competed in girls' high school track and field in the past two weeks, all but one (who did not compete in individual events but is in the top rankings in the state) taking 1st in their events.

March 31st
- 224 tennis results added for various male athletes including "Alica" Rowley/Wise. Rowley immigrated to the United States from Mexico and immediately began winning major women's tennis competitions after taking the sport up in his 30s in 2002. Rowley has stolen at least 11 national championship titles.
- 16 distance running and 6 track and field results added for male athlete "Anna" Scappini. Scappini is originally from Paraguay but moved to Argentina in order to falsify his ID. Within the first year of taking up running (the first sport in his life) he began winning major womens races.
- 12 recent track and field results added for male high school track and field athletes. There are currently three males ranked #1 in their state, Aayden "Ada" Gallagher (OR), Logan "Veronica" Garcia (WA), and "AB" Hernandez (CA).
- 30 gymnastics results added for various male athletes. The male gymnasts on the list do not identify as "trans" but are allowed to compete against girls rather than boys if their school does not have a boys' team.
- 26 figure skating results added for male athlete "Nora" Vardenny. Vardenny also participates in girls' high school swimming in Utah. While he withdrew from the state swimming championship after the EO, he continues to participate in girls' figure skating. He recently finished 1st in the free skate at the 2025 Intermountain Classic Figure Skating Championships.
- 3 recent fencing results added for male athlete Redmond Sullivan. Despite the new EO banning males from NCAA women's sport, Sullivan continues to compete in womens' fencing competitions with "Wagner University NCAA" listed as his team. He finished 1st at the Connecticut Division Summer National Qualifiers earlier in March.
March 21st

- 26 track and field results added for various male athletes. 5 male athletes are currently active in girls track and field for the 2025 outdoor spring season. More will likely join them.

- 46 awards added for various male athletes including PacWest tournament MVP and CCAA Canadian awards for male athlete "Harriette" Mackenzie and an OCAA scoring champion award for male athlete "CL" Viloria.
- New additions to the list include "Taylah" Moore, Jean-Pierre Xu, and Connor Cruickshanks. Moore was the leading scorer in his Australian "women's" footy league in 2023 and led his team to a grand final trophy. He currently plays for the Golden Square Football Club. Jean-Xu was recently kicked off the Paxutent Pre-Professional soccer team due to the new "trans" athlete rules regarding males on women's teams. Xu is looking to go professional but it looks like he's turned his sights to foreign teams. Cruickshanks recently ran in Belgium's largest women-only race, placing 3rd in the 4k distance in a field of over 400 women. He has no prior known running history.
